I was sent health food items by HMS Host as part of their Eat Well, Travel Further initiative created as part of their commitment to continuously offer more options that better align with the health-conscious traveler. I wrote a blog post on my first food and nutrition blog, The Rachelian Report, describing the products included in this launch.

I was invited to attend a brunch with other Seattle food and nutrition bloggers to celebrate the launch of their Plant Protein Milk line. This event focused on the nutritional benefits of plant milks and the opportunities for vegans and other conscious consumers to enjoy this as a part of their diet.

2018
I was sent birch water by Birch IQ, a startup located in neighboring Bellevue, Washington. They work with locals to collect 100% organic birch sap, bottle it and deliver it to straight to you. I wrote a blog post which included photos of the product and a summary of the benefits of consuming this beverage.
